NDAA Section 889 Compliance

BoundarySeven LLC is committed to compliance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, including FAR 52.204-25 and 52.204-26.

Based on a reasonable inquiry of our systems, equipment, and service providers, BoundarySeven LLC has not identified the use or provision of covered telecommunications equipment or services prohibited by Section 889.

BoundarySeven LLC maintains its technology and service provider selections with these requirements in mind, and reviews them for continued compliance.

We can make this representation truthfully, and promptly, on FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-25 and 52.204-26 when a solicitation calls for it.
