Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a product license and not terms of sale.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Who these terms are with

This website is operated by BoundarySeven LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, PO Box 9, Dover, AR 72837, United States. "We" and "us" mean BoundarySeven LLC; "you" means the person using the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

It describes the company and its products. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to supply, and nothing on it forms a contract. Product availability, specifications and pricing are agreed in writing in a purchase agreement, not on a web page.

Accuracy of site content

We make a genuine effort to keep this site accurate and current, but general site content is provided as is and may contain errors or become out of date. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of general site content, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

Product documentation and claims

Statements about a product describe that product only. They do not describe any other BoundarySeven product, and they are not company-wide statements. Where a product page states a standard, a certification status or a validation status, the wording on that page is the operative wording. Please do not rely on a summary of it from elsewhere, including from us.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, diagrams, logos and the BoundarySeven and SerialSpillway names, belongs to BoundarySeven LLC or is used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation, procurement or compliance purposes, including inside your organization. You may not present the content as your own or use our names or logos to suggest an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it or to any system behind it, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material.

Security research requires explicit pre-authorization. If you find a vulnerability, report it through the contact form, choosing “a security disclosure”. See /.well-known/security.txt. Do not access, modify or delete data without express written authorization.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a standards body, a certificate record or another external site, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and it changes only then. It is not refreshed automatically on every deployment, so it is a reliable signal that something actually changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
